Numerous examples of the flora written about in the Manyoshu grow on the approximately 10,000 square meters the garden comprises. Combining wildflowers with planted flora, this botanical garden has been created to both let visitors get closer to a natural setting and preserve precious elements of nature for educational and other purposes.
