This festival is held every February during the harsh cold of winter. Visitors can enjoy a wealth of different experiences. First, there are the handmade soba noodles, made with 100% buckwheat, gohei mochi, and other items for a taste of Toga tradition and food culture. There are also large snow sculptures and games.
