The fair features tulips, Tonami's special product. It is held at the municipal park, Tonami Tulip Garden to enable the enjoyment of tulips and other flowers in bloom throughout the four seasons. It is truly a paradise of flowers and light. Passing through the gate, one immediately sees 400 varieties of one million tulip plants in full bloom.
