Furikakeso and Spinach Crackers
The eastern part of Takaoka is the largest spinach growing area in Toyama Prefecture. Furikakeso and Spinach Crackers were created to promote consumption of fresh, nutritious spinach. Furikakeso, dried spinach and carrot for sprinkling over rice, is rich in iron and calcium.
