This is held as the spring festival of the Fushiki shrine. The floats represent the Seven Divinities of Good Fortune. During the day, the floats are decorated with lovely flowers, but at night, these are transformed into floats with 360 lanterns. The festival also is known as fighting of wheeled floats, and at night a competition called Kaccha is held in which the floats smash into each other.
