This is conducted as part of the Tsukiyama Ceremony on April 23. It was one of the preliminary events to the Takaoka Mikurumayama Festival. It is comprised of a shishi dancer, flute, taiko drum, one large banner, and two smaller banners. The event was suspended in 1933, but was resumed in 1979.
