The "kokiriko-bushi" folk song and dance is performed on the grounds of the Hakusangu Shrine as an offering. During the final dance on the second day, townspeople join in to form a circle and everyone dances. Onlookers are also pulled into the circle and the festive dance continues accompanied by dancers.
