Unran, Linaria japonica (Scrophulariaceae)
This perennial grows in sandy soil along coasts and flowers from August to September. The stem branches and creeps along the ground, reaching 20-40 cm in length. Several large light-yellow flowers bloom at the tip of the grown branches. It grows at seashores and takes its name from the similarity of its flower to the orchid.
